{Video} Making My Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Chickpeas, Lemon & Harissa

I am beyond excited about this. I mean, it isn’t every day I get to live out a lifelong dream of being on a cooking show.

OK, truth is the dream is having my own cooking show…but close enough. 

I was invited to share my recipe for Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Chickpeas, Lemon & Harissa with Seattle’s PBS station KCTS 9. The station airs these fun shows highlighting recipes from viewers and local chefs as part of a regular fun-raising effort. The theme for this particular episode was All Time Family Favorites, and featured recipes for blueberry pie, jerk chicken and a salmon wellington.

I had a blast meeting scores of fellow home cooks, a few pro chefs and even an ex pro-football player along the way. Be sure to check out all the the recipes and videos that were part of this fun show and consider purchasing the companion cookbook (with over 400 recipes) to support PBS.
